Arrival times and reservations
For your convenience we request that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. A reservation fee may be required at the time of booking depending on the nature of your service. To ensure preferred times, we recommend you to make reservations several days in advance.
Cancellations
We understand that unexpected things happen, so we kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice for single services and 48 hours notice on Spa packages and weekend bookings.
All deposits are refunded if appropriate time of cancellation is given. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in no reimbursement of reservation fee.
